What You’ll Learn & Do

Proposal Support : Be part of the action   helping us craft winning proposals.
Project Profile Creation : Develop new project sheets using information provided by project managers, utilizing Adobe InDesign.
Resume Updates : Update team resumes to keep everything fresh and polished.
InDesign Creative Library : Develop graphic assets using information provided by the marketing and project teams.
Social Media Content :   Help develop content that grows our online presence.
Cosential Database Entry : Learn the magic behind managing a marketing database. Input project and personnel information in Cosential.
National Collaboration: Work with marketing professionals across our seven U.S. offices and gain experience in national coordination.
Executive Access: Engage directly with company leadership and board members, learning how to communicate and collaborate with top leadership.
What We’re Looking For

Current students or recent grads in marketing, public relations, journalism, or related fields.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Adobe Creative Suite is a major plus!
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Passionate about social media content creation and strategy.
