Requirements

  • The ideal candidate has 3–6+ years of experience supporting investment operations, portfolio reporting, or financial data environments within wealth management, asset management, or financial services organizations.
  • This individual is comfortable working with investment data, reconciliations, custodial reporting, and reporting platforms , and thrives in a fast-paced operations environment that requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Investigate and resolve data breaks, reconciliation issues, and reporting discrepancies
  • Identify opportunities to improve and automate data, reporting, and operational workflows
  • Assist with investment reporting deliverables and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, technology, portfolio management, and client service teams to support reporting and data initiatives Preferred Background Preferred Background
  • 3–6+ years of experience within financial services operations, investment reporting, or data operations
  • Experience supporting investment data, portfolio reporting, reconciliation, custodial data or operational workflows
  • Experience with portfolio reporting or CRM platforms such as Addepar, Orion Advisor Tech, Black Diamond, Envestnet Tamarac, Salesforce, or similar systems preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel experience
  • Detail-oriented professional comfortable working with large datasets and cross-functional teams This role is best suited for professionals with hands-on experience supporting investment operations or reporting environments rather than purely data analytics or project management roles.
