- Build and foster strong business partnerships with the Commercial Team and internal/external stakeholders to drive decisions that maximize sales value.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Business Unit strategy and ensure strategic alignment with key functions.
- Lead the Divisional planning cycle and S&OP forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and providing recommendations to senior leadership.
- Prepare presentations and key reporting deliverables summarizing financial performance, KPIs, and trends for stakeholders.
- Support evaluation of new business opportunities and risks through scenario modeling and financial analysis.
- Provide ROI analysis for key programs, assessing effectiveness and recommending improvements.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Team on monthly orders and allocation processes to ensure stock availability for retail customers.
- Partner with Customer Service and distributor supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and exceptional service.
