Requirements
- A minimum of one (1) year of relevant document control or construction administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with electronic document management systems. (e.g.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Preferred Skills
- In lieu of a degree, relevant experience will be considered
- Experience supporting transportation or public infrastructure projects preferred
- Familiarity with SHA, City DOT, or federally funded project documentation requirements a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with electronic document management systems. (e.g.
- Oracle Unifier) preferred.
Education

RK&K is hiring an Office Engineer to support transportation and infrastructure projects in the Baltimore City area. In this role, you will work under the direction of the Project Manager to support document control and construction administration activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities include tracking and managing project documentation such as RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, field reports, meeting minutes, and schedule updates.
