- Lead FP&A and accounting functions to deliver timely, accurate, and decision‑ready financial reporting
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and analyses to inform strategic and operational decision‑making
- Drive enterprise‑wide financial insights that support growth initiatives, performance optimization, and long‑range planning Investors, Strategy & Corporate Development
- Act as a primary finance liaison to investors and support preparation of executive and board‑level materials
- Partner with internal stakeholders on corporate development initiatives, including evaluation of strategic investments and M&A opportunities
- Support financial diligence, valuation, and integration planning related to transactions Treasury, Risk & Cross‑Functional Partnership
- Oversee treasury operations including cash forecasting, banking relationships, and insurance programs
- Collaborate closely with leaders across operations, technology, legal, and commercial teams
- Exercise sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive business matters Additional Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or related disciplines, including senior leadership responsibility
- Proven experience leading FP&A and accounting functions within a growing, complex organization
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience producing executive‑ and board‑level materials
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely to non‑financial stakeholders
- Hands‑on leader with strong attention to detail and the ability to think strategically at scale
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced, evolving environments
