Strategic Test-Taking & Problem-Solving: Skilled at teaching traffic analysis, geometric design calculations, and reference manual navigation for PE Civil Transportation examination.
Guides students through computing intersection level of service, designing horizontal curves, analyzing traffic signal timing, and applying pavement design methodologies.
Emphasizes efficient use of the AASHTO Green Book, HCM, and MUTCD under timed examination conditions.
