- Painting
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and applying primers as required
- Mix paints and coatings according to manufacturer specifications
- Operate spray guns and related equipment within a paint booth
- Apply coatings evenly to achieve proper thickness and finish quality
- Inspect finished parts for defects such as runs, sags, or improper coverage
- Perform touch-ups and rework as needed
- Maintain paint booth equipment, including spray guns, filters, and ventilation systems
- Follow all safety procedures related to PPE, hazardous materials, and ventilation systems
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Sandblasting
- Operate abrasive blasting equipment in a blast booth or designated blasting area
- Prepare surfaces by removing rust, old coatings, and debris
- Load and unload parts using forklifts, hoists, or material handling equipment as required
- Mask or protect areas not to be blasted
- Inspect parts to ensure proper surface profile and cleanliness standards are achieved
- Perform routine maintenance on blasting equipment and reclaim systems
- Monitor abrasive media levels and replace as needed
- Follow all safety procedures related to PPE, ventilation, and dust control
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Accurately complete work orders and production documentation
- Bandsaw
- Operate horizontal bandsaw machines to cut raw materials to specified lengths and dimensions
- Interpret and follow job orders, blueprints, work instructions, and cut lists
- Measure and mark material for cutting using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and squares
- Adjust machine settings, including blade tension, speed, and guides, to match material and cutting specifications
- Inspect finished cuts for accuracy and quality; make adjustments as necessary
- Perform routine maintenance on saws, including blade changes, lubrication, and cleaning
- Safely handle raw materials and finished parts using forklifts, hoists, or manual methods
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors
- Report missing material to supervisor for purpose to get material on order
- To carry out any other duties as are within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the job
- To work in other departments and locations as and when required
- To be prepared to work outside normal working hours, including weekends sometimes at short notice
- Performs other duties as needed to drive to the vision, fulfill the mission and abide by the values of the organization.

To carry out any other duties as are within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the job
To work in other departments and locations as and when required
To be prepared to work outside normal working hours, including weekends sometimes at short notice
Ability to follow proper safety protocols.
Ability to meet deadlines with limited supervision.
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 + lbs. repetitively
Must have good hand/eye coordination.
Prolonged periods standing and performing repetitive tasks.
Working Conditions:
Manufacturing or shop floor environment with exposure to noise, dust, and machinery
Warm working temperatures during the summer months
May require working overtime or weekends depending on production needs
