StevenDouglas has been retained on a Senior Director, Finance for North America in Austin, Texas.
This role works in a hybrid environment, 3 days in office and 2 days remotely.
This addition to the team is also part of succession planning for the CFO.

StevenDouglas has been retained on a Senior Director, Finance for North America in Austin, Texas. This role works in a hybrid environment, 3 days in office and 2 days remotely. Reporting to the CFO, this role is responsible to develop and execute the overall Finance strategy for North America. This role serves as the primary business partner to the VP/GM of North America, supporting all regional leaders and functions in the regional reporting structure. The incumbent will be accountable for the financial planning and analysis, as well as the accounting operations of the North America business. As a business partner, the incumbent will need to be capable of making recommendations that drive business related decisions for sales, sales programs, service, operations and quality.
