- Provide professional administrative support and excellent customer service for the office
- Provide assistance and guidance to SBDC clients as required
- Prepare and maintain the office schedule and a wide variety of division files
- Use and maintain proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Center IC, SBDC Research Software and Clarementis
- Develop reports as assigned
- Conduct market research through SBDC Research Software, as well as, through the internet for clients

- Serve as receptionist and initial point of contact for stakeholders seeking assistance
