- This is a senior-level, hands-on role responsible for the technical execution of concerts, large-scale outdoor festivals, corporate events, and branded activations.
- Production Overview The Production Manager oversees the design, prep, deployment, and execution of all audio, video, and lighting systems.
- This includes large-format line array, digital FOH and monitor consoles, RF coordination, system optimization and time alignment, LED video walls, projection systems and concert-scale moving light rigs with full control networks.
- You will be responsible for advancing riders, confirming technical specifications, building signal flow, managing power distribution requirements, and ensuring all systems are show-ready before they leave the warehouse.
- Onsite, you will lead load-ins, rehearsals, show calls, and strikes while maintaining safety, efficiency, and production quality.
- This role carries operational ownership.
- You will manage warehouse prep, equipment testing, preventative maintenance, repair coordination, and inventory accountability.
- Quality control is critical.
- Gear must be properly prepped, labeled, tested, and deployed to industry standards every time.
- Leadership & Crew Management You will recruit, schedule, and supervise stagehands, A1s, A2s, V1s, lighting designers, riggers, and stage managers.
- Building accurate labor plans and leading professional crews in high-pressure environments is a core responsibility.
- Strong communication skills and a calm leadership presence are essential.
