Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of proformas for third-party management agreements
- Work with the transition team to establish transition budgets while leveraging prior transitions as basis for expenses
- Track transition expenses, prepare monthly reports comparing actuals to budget, and collaborate with internal workstreams to document variances to improve future budgeting processes
- Analyze monthly community revenues and rent rolls for occupancy, billing trends, market rent optimization, discounts, accounts receivable balances, and other ancillary charges
- Perform financial analyses on key cost centers across communities to identify expense trends, analytics based on residents per day calculations
- Create, maintain, and generate reports utilizing MS Office with emphasis in Excel and other proprietaries software and platforms
- Generate weekly and monthly labor reports for all communities
- Assist in the preparation of annual community budgets and reforecasts
- Analyze and monitor financial variances across the portfolio
- Utilize reporting tools to track and report KPI metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Prepare and assist with ad-hoc reports to include variance analysis reports, KPI reports, and management and/or user dashboards
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand business drivers, gather relevant data and provide support for company initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- 0-2 years of finance, operations, or information systems experience in growth environment
- Experience in financial modeling and data analytics
- Must be organized and detail-oriented to ensure accuracy
- Must have strong presentation skills and proficiency in communicating financial information to non-financial leaders at all levels of the organization
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, communicate progress, and execute effectively
- Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in office/2 days offsite
