Requirements
  • 15 years of related, progressively responsible roles in digital advisory, digital asset management and management consulting
  • Reputation for excellence in service delivery and sales, with high attention to details
  • Supported growing a similar practice nationally or in major market areas
  • Comprehensive experience working with highway, transit, utilities, public works, and/or aviation clients
  • An understanding of technologies used to support asset intensive agencies (EAM, PMIS, GIS, BIM, Decision Support tools)

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A combination of engineering expertise (e.g., Bachelors or Masters in Civil Engineering), technology expertise (e.g., certifications and work experience), and management consulting skills
  • Digital Advisory Services Director
  • Expected Travel: 40%
  • A minimum of 15 years as a consultant and extensive related experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile and present summary level information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong relationship, organizational and follow-up skills
