- Must have complete knowledge of service times and menu.
- Must have complete knowledge of floor plan, table numbers, and seat numbers.
- Supports new Omni Safe and Clean protocols throughout the outlet to support Omni's Covid-19 related sanitation protocols.
- Deliver food to correct tables according to ticket, floor plan, and seat numbers.
- Always inquire if additional service is needed from guests upon delivery and inform server or manager.
- Responsible for set-up of assigned stations with specified items.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Must consult with supervisor on any food delivery difficulty.
- Must always minimize breakage.
- Assist with Bar Back duties as needed; removal of dishware, and stocking the bar stations to par.
- Maintenance and replenishment of dining room items.
- Ensure items are always full, clean and presentable.
- Securing all dining room items such as platters, butter dishes, bread knives as directed by manager or posted side work.
- Ensuring all products are within date and using the FIFO method of storage.
- Attend all department meetings and other required company trainings.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Commitments
The Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park is connected to Philips Arena and the Georgia World Congress Center and is in close proximity to the Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period or for an entire shift.
Interior of restaurant kitchen and designated bar area, with occasional travel around the property as needed.

Overview
This position is responsible for assisting servers and management in any way possible to ensure prompt, and courteous service to all guests.
