Responsibilities
- You will research, develop, create, and maintain comprehensive compliance procedures for required filings, forms, and submissions to public funding program administrators.
- You will manage the complete lifecycle compliance obligation activities.
- This includes documentation, reporting, and audit preparation, while monitoring evolving program requirements and regulations to adapt internal policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.
- You will also lead solutioning for management and execution of timely submissions for required regulatory filings and public funding program documentation.
- You will design and implement scalable compliance frameworks that support rapid organizational growth while maintaining high fidelity.
- This includes creating clear, actionable policies and standard operating procedures within our team and in collaboration with partner teams.
- You will establish quality assurance processes and follow internal controls to ensure accuracy and completeness of regulatory submissions, maintain comprehensive compliance documentation and audit trails for all program expenditures and activities.
- You will navigate ambiguous regulatory environments by researching precedents, consulting subject matter experts, and developing pragmatic compliance solutions.
- This involves proactively identifying compliance risks and developing mitigation strategies that balance regulatory requirements with business objectives, while driving continuous improvement through technology and best practices from telecommunications and federal grant management.
