Requirements
  • 2-5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Data Analytics, Strategy & Operations, Corporate Strategy, or Management Consulting (or equivalent analytical experience).
  • Strong SQL skills and experience querying centralized data repositories (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar environments).
  • Hands-on experience building dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI (or equivalent BI tools).
  • Experience working with CRM and SaaS systems such as Salesforce.com; familiarity with Totango, Pendo, and Zuora strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with structured datasets within a data warehouse environment.
  • Demonstrated experience validating and reconciling complex datasets with high attention to accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and drive actionable solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience supporting sales compensation processes, incentive plan reporting, or commission operations.
  • Experience automating workflows using BI tools, SQL-based transformations, or low-code automation platforms.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with revenue lifecycle metrics (ARR, churn, NRR, pipeline conversion, CAC, LTV).
  • Experience supporting executive-level reporting and board-ready materials.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with CRM and SaaS systems such as Salesforce.com; familiarity with Totango, Pendo, and Zuora strongly preferred.
