Responsibilities

On the Financial Planning & Analysis team at Frontline Education, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver timely financial insights, support monthly forecasting and annual budgeting for expenses, headcount, and allocations, and analyze variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets for senior leadership. You will contribute to monthly reporting packages and presentations, collaborate with Finance during monthly close to align results and forecasts, and leverage financial models, planning tools, and systems to improve forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. You’ll also help maintain and enhance financial planning processes and systems, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, accuracy, and clarity, while proactively driving both recurring and ad-hoc projects as priorities evolve.

In this hybrid Financial Analyst role based in Wayne, PA, you’ll support Frontline Education’s mission by enabling informed, thoughtful decisions that impact educators and schools nationwide and by taking initiative on both recurring and ad-hoc projects. Frontline conducts interviews via secure video conferencing, which may include photo capture and optional transcription strictly for internal evaluation, with all data handled in line with applicable privacy laws and candidates free to opt out of transcription at any time.

Requirements
  • A few years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role, with interest in expanding responsibility over time
