The Opportunity As a Senior Executive Recruiter through Director of Recruiting at Hoxton Circle, you’ll run a full desk, consultative recruitment business focused on Finance & Accounting and executive level positions, within a high trust, high performance environment. The scope of the role will align to your experience and track record, but the expectations are consistent: ownership, commercial thinking, and the ability to build and monetize senior level relationships. You’ll work closely with CFOs, Controllers, VPs of Finance, PE backed leadership teams, and senior finance professionals across Los Angeles and the broader West Coast, helping clients make critical leadership hires and guiding candidates through high impact career moves.
