Responsibilities
- Lead Warehouse and Supply Chain operations for the North America region (US, Canada, and Mexico), ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient inbound and outbound flows, and reliable order integrations.
- Drive initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and reduce operational losses by implementing stronger operational controls, governance frameworks, and automated processes.
- Own and optimize procurement processes for devices and operational materials, balancing cost, quality, and lead time while ensuring stock availability across the region.
- Manage supplier relationships, including vendor performance monitoring, pricing negotiations, and SLA management to support operational efficiency.
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure logistics readiness for product launches, demand planning, and regional growth initiatives.
- Design and implement dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to improve operational visibility and support strategic decision-making.
- Lead or support operational improvement projects using a data-driven approach, identifying root causes of operational challenges and implementing scalable solutions.
- Translate logistics strategy into actionable operational plans, providing clear communication of priorities, risks, and performance to senior stakeholders.
- Develop and guide a small team supporting warehouse, supply chain, and procurement operations across North America.
