- Within that team, the Manager of Deliverables and Political Data ensures that the firm’s analytical outputs move efficiently from raw data to client-ready insight.
- This role sits at the intersection of survey operations, data processing, and research delivery .
- You will coordinate the transformation of raw survey data and voter-file data into polished analytical outputs including toplines, cross-tabs, weighted datasets, and presentation-ready analysis.

- You will work closely with data scientists, researchers, and client-facing teams to ensure that the firm’s research products are accurate, timely, and strategically meaningful.

- Transform raw survey data into standardized datasets ready for analysis
- Execute weighting plans and maintain automated weighting workflows
- Generate accurate political and demographic estimates down to micro-geographies
- Produce toplines, cross-tabulations, and statistical significance testing outputs
- Maintain combined survey files across multiple waves and projects for longitudinal analysis Political Data Integration
- Match survey data to voter file and external datasets
- Append demographic and geographic variables used in political analysis
- Maintain clean documentation and standardized data structures across projects
- Monitor data quality and investigate anomalies in datasets Deliverables and Reporting
