- This is a builder’s role : designing new processes, implementing scalable reporting frameworks, and elevating financial rigor across the organization.
- Enterprise & Financial Leadership
- Maintain and enhance the corporate financial model and long-range plan.
- Perform monthly financial analysis, identifying trends, risks, and business performance drivers.
- Build and continuously refine the monthly reporting package for Senior Leadership, Founders, and Board.
- Partner with accounting, operations, and clinical leaders to align forecasts with business realities.
- Support strategic initiatives including pricing, new market evaluation, and margin optimization.
- M&A Strategy & Execution
- Support end-to-end M&A processes including financial modeling, valuation, diligence, and deal execution.
- Prepare IOIs, LOIs, investment cases, and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with legal, accounting, lenders, and third-party advisors across diligence and closing.
- Evaluate capital allocation decisions and recommend optimal use of debt, equity, and cash for acquisitions.
- Support negotiation of key terms and review definitive documentation.
- Capital Structure & Financing
- Monitor, model, and optimize AP’s capital structure across debt and equity.
- Maintain lender relationships, manage covenant reporting, and support refinancing processes.
- Support equity-related modeling, cap table updates, and scenario analyses.
- Prepare materials for potential new financing rounds and investor discussions.
- Board & Investor Reporting
- Preparation of quarterly Board materials and financial updates.
- Produce monthly Board communications and quarterly investor reporting.
- Create analytical exhibits and insights that support strategic decision-making at the highest level.

Requirements

As Finance & Corporate Development Associate , you will serve as a strategic financial leader inside a rapidly scaling, private‑equity‑backed healthcare platform. You will own high-impact initiatives across M&A, financial planning, capital markets, and Board-level communication—while helping build the financial infrastructure needed for Aesthetic Partners’ next stage of growth.
