- Develop and implement strategic truck sourcing strategies to support Billor's growth and fleet expansion objectives.
- Prospect, evaluate, and qualify new truck suppliers across the United States, including conducting technical visits and comprehensive evaluations.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, pricing benchmarks, and opportunities for cost reduction within the truck procurement landscape.
- Lead negotiations for Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contracts with new and existing suppliers, ensuring favorable terms, quality standards, and compliance.
- Manage supplier relationships, track performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Maintenance, Sales, and Finance, to ensure alignment on truck specifications and delivery schedules.
