Responsibilities
- This role leads the development of comprehensive marketing strategies, guides cross functional collaboration, and ensures alignment between marketing initiatives and organizational goals.
- The Marketing Director will oversee brand management, digital engagement, public relations, and market research efforts.
- Manage and evaluate marketing campaigns to ensure they meet objectives and deliver results, while developing and implementing strategies to enhance brand awareness, brand development, brand management, and overall brand reputation
- Identifying opportunities for creating awareness, building credibility, and supporting digital marketing initiatives including SEO, online advertising, performance analytics, and management of multiple online review channels
- Coordinating with marketing and advertising agencies to ensure successful campaign launches, and identifying and cultivating strategic marketing and communication partnerships
- Leading market research efforts focused on the US market to provide essential data, analytics, and insights needed for strategic decision making
- Overseeing social media content, social media presence, communication plans, and public relations initiatives to foster community engagement and strengthen organizational visibility
- Collaborating with the Help Desk to improve communication alignment, address customer concerns, and monitor and respond to BBB reviews to ensure an A rating Qualifications

Physical Demands The position requires sitting for extended periods of time, using a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, camera, and headset.
The position may also require walking, climbing stairs, reaching, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, and lifting (no more than 25lbs).
Position Type The position is full-time.
Office hours are generally Monday through Friday, with varying shifts beginning as early as 7 am and concluding as late as 6 pm CST.
Though not routine, weekend or overtime hours may be required as needed.
Travel This position does not require travel at this time.
