- Lead financial tracking, cost controls, and budget oversight across multiple concurrent projects
- Maintain detailed commitment logs, change order logs, cash flow projections, and variance reporting
- Develop and manage critical path schedules using Smartsheets or similar project management platforms
- Monitor milestone progress and proactively identify cost or schedule risks
- Coordinate project workflows between ownership, the Vice President of Development, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal Southall teams

- Assist with capital planning, forecasting, and ownership reporting
- Utilize Excel and financial software platforms (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) to maintain transparent and accurate financial reporting
- Provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the Vice President of Development
- Manage calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and logistics for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, development updates, and board-level materials
- Track key priorities, deadlines, and strategic initiatives
- Coordinate travel arrangements and consultant communications as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of development and capital project initiatives

Southall is seeking a highly organized, financially disciplined, and systems-oriented individual to support the planning, execution, and oversight of multiple development and capital improvement projects across the property. This role works directly under the Vice President of Development and is responsible for project controls, financial oversight, scheduling integrity, documentation management, and cross-functional coordination from concept through close-out.
