- Prepares or modifies reports, plans, and designs for projects.

- Participates in client, company and/or industry events to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Occasionally visits job sites to verify existing conditions and observe construction progress.

Requirements
- Maintains knowledge of common industry software, including Revit, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office products.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of engineering (i.e.: mechanical, electrical, fire protection or architectural) and 1 year of experience, or 3 years of experience without degree required.
- Basic proficiency in engineering design: basic knowledge of the A&E industry, codes, design guides and standards.
- Proficiency with Revit and Bluebeam Revu software preferred.

Position Summary: A Plumbing Designer is responsible for designing basic building systems, preparing technical documents and performing engineering calculations in coordination with project teams.
As a Plumbing Designer you will have the opportunity to contribute your expertise to our six market sectors, including Business, Community, Grocery & Distribution, Health, Retail, and Venue. Within each sector, we seamlessly integrate our engineering knowledge with the in-the-field experience of our sister company, Henderson Building Solutions, to deliver a client experience unlike any other in the industry.
