Requirements
  • 5+ years B2B experience in digital marketing or similar; dental, medical device, pharma, or similar is a plus
  • Proficiency in SEO/GEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media is required.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, Paid Social Platforms (e.g.
  • Facebook)
  • Ability to run reports and analyze data, working within key business applications to define trends and opportunities (i.e.
  • Oracle, Tableau, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Excel. etc.)
Preferred Skills
  • 5+ years B2B experience in digital marketing or similar; dental, medical device, pharma, or similar is a plus
  • Experience with DXP (website platform) is preferred
  • Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong critical thinker with a demonstrated track record of problem solving
  • Ability to both create strategy and execute tactically
  • Action oriented with a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to create and test hypotheses via pilot programs, iterate, and use data to drive thoughtful decision making
  • Customer-focused with the ability to distill actionable customer insights from broader market trends and Voice of Customer (VOC)
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency using Excel, used to develop and articulate viewpoints and insights
  • Ability to gain followership, build consensus and collaborate within marketing and across business functions
Education
  • (Not required) – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred
