Requirements
  • Ensure accurate handoff of approved issuers to the customer success team once an offering is ready to launch What We’re Looking For Sales Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in enterprise or consultative sales
  • Experience selling high-value solutions with longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong ability to source and generate your own pipeline through networking, events, and outbound outreach
  • Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment Climate Industry Experience
  • Experience in the solar, battery storage, renewable energy, or broader climate development ecosystem
  • Either: Direct experience working for a company developing renewable energy projects, or Experience selling products/services to solar developers, renewable developers, or energy companies
  • Existing relationships within the industry are a major plus Finance & Project Finance Knowledge
  • Comfort discussing financing structures and capital needs with project developers
  • Ability to understand and communicate key financial terms throughout the sales process
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms to manage pipelines and deal flow
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
