Requirements
  • Normally supervises 100+ employees (Bargaining and Non-Bargaining Employees)
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
  • Abilities to respond to common inquires or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
  • Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.
  • Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups and/or boards of directors.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
  • Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
  • Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations and graphs, etc.) in its most difficult phases.
  • Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
  • Ideally, will have a 15-year (or more) proven track record of successful project results.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, ViewPoint project management software, Bluebeam, and CONEST estimating software, and general internet browsers.
  • Expert level time management and organization skills, with a strong verbal and written communication skills and the highest level of professionalism.
  • Valid Driver's license.
  • OSHA 30 State electrical licensing.
  • This position requires 60-80% travel with overnight travel as needed.
Preferred Skills
  • Ideally, will have a 15-year (or more) proven track record of successful project results.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, ViewPoint project management software, Bluebeam, and CONEST estimating software, and general internet browsers.
  • PMP preferred but not required.
  • OSHA 30 State electrical licensing.
Education
  • (Not required) – Master’s degree (MA/MA) from a four-year degree in Construction Engineering and Management; and 15+ years of experience in electrical construction and/or electrical construction and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
