Responsibilities
- Play an active role in investment transactions (both manager due diligence and company diligence) from start to finish, including screening opportunities, conducting due diligence, and preparing investment memos
- Manage deal pipeline CRM and assist in prioritizing managers for investment consideration
- Build and maintain financial models for transactions across: (i) GP seeding /staking investments, (ii) Co-sponsored / co-investment direct transactions, (iii) Primary fund underwriting and (iv) Secondaries
- Draft investment committee memos to synthesize findings from investment due diligence
- Participate in manager meetings and due diligence sessions
- Coordinate operational due diligence workflow and facilitate closing process
- Supervise and mentor junior investors/interns as the team expands
- Support the investment team with value-creation initiatives to our underlying portfolio GPs and companies
- Support the development of pitch materials and marketing collateral (including preparing presentations and financial analysis) for our client’s fundraising initiatives.
- Draft responses for investor questionnaires and create analysis to respond to investor questions
- Assist with firm strategic initiatives / special projects (business development, bespoke research projects, white papers, etc.) on an as-needed basis KEY QUALIFICATIONS

- Strong written and oral communication skills
