- Demonstrated experience with financial modeling (LBOs, operating models) and transaction execution
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver results in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment
- Deep interest in investing, portfolio value creation, and developing long-term partnerships with management teams

LOCATION: Raleigh, NC OVERVIEW: Our client is searching for a 2026 Private Equity Senior Associate based in Raleigh, North Carolina. The Senior Associate will support the investment process and meaningfully contribute to all facets of a deal process including; industry research and deal evaluation, financial modeling, valuation analysis, transaction structuring and negotiation, investment committee approval process, pre and post-merger due diligence, portfolio management, and value creation. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: The Senior Associate role involves performing a wide variety of tasks and analysis in direct support of the team. Specific responsibilities include:
