Responsibilities
- Build and maintain production software - SaaS platforms, mobile applications, cross-platform solutions, and custom enterprise tools - using AI-first development workflows
- Leverage AI coding tools daily: Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor CLI, and emerging tools as the ecosystem evolves
- Integrate AI-powered tools for code security, code quality, automated testing, and deployment pipelines
- Work across a portfolio of concurrent client projects with a strong emphasis on sports and entertainment, alongside financial services and professional services.Collaborate with private equity firms and family offices to implement AI technology solutions across their portfolio companies
- Follow and contribute to the Falcon Protocol - our proprietary AI-native development methodology - including writing specs, managing complexity-gated workflows, and maintaining project documentation
- Own features end-to-end: from architecture and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support
- Communicate directly with clients and stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Stay current with the rapidly evolving AI development tooling landscape and proactively adopt tools that improve speed, quality, and security Required
- Demonstrated ability to build and ship production software (portfolio, GitHub, or deployed products)
- Strong full-stack development skills: comfortable across frontend (React, Next.js, React Native) and backend (Python/Django, Node.js, or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar
- Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - you will interface with executives and clients directly
- Self-directed and comfortable in a fast-paced, small-team environment with high ownership Preferred
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, prompt engineering, or building AI-powered features
