Requirements
  • Experiment Velocity: meaningful experiments per quarter with documented learnings.
  • Demonstrable experience with B2C marketing and acquisition.
  • A minimum 5 years of experience in performance/growth marketing; including 3+ years hands-on with SEM, paid social, CRO, and automation.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with social media Ads, A/B testing tools.
  • Proven success acquiring customers and driving measurable utilization or engagement.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present insights into leadership.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in mobility, EV charging, or similar consumer behavior-driven industries.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Background in scaling growth programs for complex buyer journeys and usage behaviors.
Education
  • (Not required) – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
