- The consultant will play a key role in harmonizing financial processes, enabling real-time financial reporting, and supporting enterprise finance transformation initiatives.
- This role acts as a bridge between business finance stakeholders and technical teams to ensure scalable, compliant, and high-performing Central Finance implementations.
- Central Finance & S/4HANA
- Lead SAP S/4HANA Central Finance (CFIN) implementations including system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Configure and support FI components such as GL, AP, AR, AA, CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders), and document splitting in Central Finance scenarios.
- Enable real-time replication of financial postings from source systems (SAP ECC / Non-SAP) to S/4HANA using SLT.
- Perform financial data mapping and harmonization, including chart of accounts, cost centers, profit centers, and company codes.
- Business & Functional Analysis
- Conduct workshops with finance and controlling stakeholders to gather business requirements and define Central Finance solution architecture.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications (RICEFW) and collaborate closely with ABAP and integration teams.
- Design global finance templates and standardized reporting models for enterprise-wide financial visibility.
- Testing, Cutover & Support
- Plan and execute unit testing, SIT, and UAT, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation between source and Central Finance systems.
- Support cutover activities, financial reconciliation, and hypercare post go-live.
- Provide ongoing production support, issue resolution, and continuous process improvements.
- Integration & Compliance
- Work with SAP CO, SAP Group Reporting, SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud teams to enable consolidated and real-time reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and internal audit requirements.
- Support data governance, financial controls, and reconciliation processes.
- Experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA Central Finance migrations.
- Knowledge of Group Reporting, Universal Journal (ACDOCA), and SAP Analytics.
- Exposure to multi-country, multi-currency finance environments.
