- Lead full-life cycle recruitment for engineering and technical roles, from intake through onboarding
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill engineering skill sets
- Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, networking, referrals, and industry outreach
- Conduct resume and application reviews within the ATS to evaluate technical competencies and overall alignment with role requirements.
- Perform phone screens to assess technical qualifications, problem-solving ability, and role alignment
- Schedule and coordinate interviews to ensure a seamless and timely candidate experience.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements and hiring strategy
- Facilitate interview debriefs and provide detailed candidate evaluations
- Manage offer development, negotiation, and onboarding transition
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to provide consultative recruiting support and market insights
- Track, analyze, and benchmark recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, funnel conversion, etc.)
- Prepare and present data-driven reports and insights to stakeholders
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience
- Support broader HR initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed

Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on engineering or technical roles

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present recruiting data
