Requirements
  • Retirement Celebration Program What You Bring to the Table — Required Experience As an Indirect Supply Chain Director, you must have:
  • 10–12+ years of progressive supply chain, procurement, or sourcing leadership.
  • 5+ years supervising teams across multiple levels, ideally in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Deep expertise in indirect procurement, category management, supplier negotiations, and vendor governance.
  • Strong financial, analytical, and strategic planning capability with a track record of cost optimization.
  • Advanced communication, influence, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and procurement/ERP systems such as Workday.
  • Expertise in advanced sourcing methodologies, complex contract negotiation, or multi‑year vendor agreements.
  • Strong supplier risk management experience, including compliance audits or governance frameworks.
  • Advanced financial modeling or cost‑optimization analytics to support strategic decision making.
  • Experience presenting to senior executives or influencing decisions across multiple business units.
  • Full‑time availability is required, with occasional extended hours based on business needs, along with occasional travel to properties, project sites, and external meetings.
  • Candidates must reside within commuting distance of the San Antonio Home Office.

  • Extra Toppings — Desired Experience As an Indirect Supply Chain Director, we prefer you to have:
  • Master’s degree.
  • Experience supporting multi‑location restaurant, retail, or hospitality operations preferred.
  • Professional supply chain or procurement certification (CPSM, CSCP, SCMP, etc.).
  • Experience leading enterprise‑level transformation, automation, or technology modernization initiatives.
  • Background managing diverse indirect categories such as IT, real estate, marketing, or operational services.
  • Expertise in advanced sourcing methodologies, complex contract negotiation, or multi‑year vendor agreements.
  • Strong supplier risk management experience, including compliance audits or governance frameworks.
  • Advanced financial modeling or cost‑optimization analytics to support strategic decision making.
  • Experience presenting to senior executives or influencing decisions across multiple business units.
