- The LIFE programs offer an array of person-centered services from medical care to adult day supports with the primary goal of allowing individuals to remain in their own home.
- The Homecare Assistant performs basic household duties to assist participants to maintain an environment consistent with their needs.
- Provides for needs in the home in a manner that ensures participant satisfaction and retention.
- Assists participant with such activities as bed-making, changing linens, grocery shopping, light cleaning and light meal preparation, trash disposal, etc.
- Knowledge and support of the mission and core values of LIFE Programs are important to successful performance, as are commitment to and demonstration of a spirit of teamwork.
- May be assigned to work in the Day Center as needed.

- One or more years of related experience in working with individuals in a health care or service oriented setting.

Overview
Homecare Assistant - $4,000 Sign-On Bonus (to be paid throughout the first year of employment).
Homecare Assistant Pay Rate starting at $16.50 per hour.
