- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of integration consultants responsible for delivering implementation and configuration of integration solutions.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of consultants across multiple client projects and workstreams.
- Ensure consistent application of delivery methodologies, documentation standards, and integration best practices.
- Serve as a senior escalation point for client and internal delivery issues related to integration scope and execution.

Requirements
- 5 years of experience in professional services, consulting, or systems integration delivery.
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading a team of consultants.
- Experience with integration platforms and concepts (e.g., APIs, middleware, iPaaS solutions like MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, or Celigo).
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
- Solid understanding of professional services delivery models and metrics (e.g., utilization, billable hours, CSAT).
- Proficient in using collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Smartsheet).
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with shifting priorities.

As the Manager of Integrations Delivery you are responsible for leading a team of integration consultants who deliver client-facing integration services and solutions. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation of integrations while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. About You

5 years of experience in professional services, consulting, or systems integration delivery. 2+ years of experience managing or leading a team of consultants.
