Requirements
  • 3–6 years of experience in market intelligence, competitive intelligence, strategy, management consulting, or business analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret large datasets and translate them into strategic insights.
  • Experience with market sizing, financial modeling, and forecasting.
  • Excellent research skills: both primary (interviews, surveys) and secondary (industry reports, regulatory filings).
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools like Tableau or Power BI) and research platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication — ability to create reports, storyboards, and present to leadership.
  • Strategic mindset and business acumen: understands how to link market insights to business outcomes.
  • Self-starter: comfortable working cross-functionally and driving projects end-to-end.
  • Experience or working knowledge of the automotive ecosystem, titling, registration, subrogation, or insurance.
  • Understanding of regulatory environments or public-sector processes, especially related to DMV / state government.

Education
  • (Not required) – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Public Policy, or related field; MBA or master’s degree a plus.
