Requirements
  • Valid California driver’s license required.
  • Must be able to travel, including occasional overnight travel and evening or weekend events

  • Degree Verification Requirement : Persons offered employment in this position will be required to provide official education transcripts for degree verification purposes.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in higher education recruitment, admissions, and/or marketing.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills across multiple audiences and organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated supervisory and people-management skills, including delegation, performance monitoring, and staff development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to recommend and implement effective solutions.
  • Experience managing vendors and maximizing institutional and external resources.
  • Ability to plan and execute student-centered recruitment and engagement events.
  • Experience developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage culturally diverse communities and populations.
  • Sound judgment and discretion, particularly when handling confidential student, personnel, or institutional information.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, including Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Adobe software, and related technologies, with the ability to learn new systems efficiently.

  • Six or more years of related experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in a second language is preferred.
