Responsibilities
- Program/ configure, commission, and maintain small to medium sized Mission Critical Audio-Visual related systems and/or projects
- Program/ configure basic system integrations between related Audio-Visual systems and other related system components
- Terminate associated cables and wires on related rack components, control panels and other system components
- Accurately and efficiently diagnose and trouble shoot system problems at the software layer
- Provide creative solutions to technical challenges; Demonstrate skills required to manage and troubleshoot computer hardware and peripheral devices
- Apply SME in Audio-Visual technologies to effectively train end users on the products and solutions we provide
- Work through technical implementations to ensure that the integrated system is delivered according to project specifications
- Clearly document project state for closeout via punch list management; communicate issues to PMO and document/ coordinate resolution
- Provide support to PMO, Engineering and Sales teams to support project implementation and new sales opportunities
- Effectively mentor and teach other Mission Critical/ Audio-Visual focused team members
- Create and help implement installation best practices specific to Mission Critical/ Audio-Visual technologies, and the products and solutions we provide
Commitments
Must be able to travel throughout New England as required (RI, MA, NH, ME)
Must have a reliable form of transportation if a company vehicle is not provided
Must be able to work off hours if/when projects require it (second and third shift)
Must be able to participate in the Service Department on-call rotation, as required

- 2-4 years in the installation, support, programming, maintaining, and servicing of low voltage systems, primarily Audio-Visual
- OSHA 10 required
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Basic level knowledge and experience with DSP modifications for audio system tuning in a variety of settings
- Basic level knowledge and experience with control system troubleshooting and debugging of multiple languages
- Experience with basic networking design and set up configurations including VLANs, subnetting, dynamic DNS, etc.

Primary Responsibilities
