Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within CRM, Marketing Operations, digital marketing, or a related technical/commercial environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience executing structured QA processes and testing methodologies.
  • Experience with data validation skills, including segmentation logic, audience targeting and campaign reporting checks (SQL knowledge preferred).
  • Experience supporting UAT cycles, validation for product or systems launches.
  • Strong understanding of QA principles, including test planning, defect management, regression testing, and validation workflows.
  • High attention to detail, analytical problem-solving and ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Hands-on experience with workflow/project management tools such as Asana or Jira and Confluence.
  • Hands-on experience testing digital content & marketing automation campaigns (email, push, content cards, A/B testing, personalization).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating across technical and non-technical teams
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., gaming, fintech, etc.).
  • Exposure to compliance review processes and promotional governance.
  • Experience mentoring junior QA staff or contributing to QA knowledge sharing.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
Education
  • (Not required) – Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, Business or a related field.
