- Commercial real estate, asset management and/or construction management experience
- 3 to 5 years of relevant project management experience with the ability to perform several tasks concurrently with poise and professionalism
- Strong math proficiency to review and maintain construction/improvement budgets, analyze financial information for properties, and complete reports for outstanding investments
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Independent self-starter with a strong analytical background
- High attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
