- Primarily responsible for financial modeling for potential transactions (including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, organic growth opportunities, joint ventures, capital markets and commodity hedging), industry research, competitive analysis and financial statement analysis
- Assist in the execution of transactions by interfacing with senior management, investment banks, attorneys, consultants and other resources
- Coordinate the due diligence process for potential transactions
- Assist in transition after closing of strategic transactions
- Development of executive management presentations including those given to Board of Directors
