Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting
- Mid-sized ($250M+ revenue) or complex early-stage company experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel a must
- Strong understanding of financial/accounting principles and concepts, including financial reporting, modeling, and budgeting
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Good analytical acumen in financial analysis and reporting, ensuring that insights and conclusions are based on reliable data and thorough analysis
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to maintain confidential information of the utmost importance
