Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting, long-range planning, and quarterly forecasting processes across the enterprise
- Serve as a key finance partner to senior executives, delivering strategic financial analysis, scenario modeling, and executive-level presentations
- Drive M&A activity, including valuation analysis, due diligence, deal structuring, and post-merger integration
- Oversee capital structure strategy, including debt financing, equity analysis, and credit facility management in partnership with Treasury
- Develop and monitor KPIs, financial metrics, and dashboards to measure business performance and identify trends
- Support investor relations activities including earnings preparation, investor presentations, and analyst inquiries
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals, building organizational capability and bench strength
- Partner with Accounting to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, including variance analysis and close processes
- Evaluate capital investment decisions, ROI analysis, and resource allocation across the business portfolio

In this high-visibility role, you will shape the company's financial strategy, drive capital allocation decisions, and provide analytical frameworks that guide critical business outcomes.
