Durability Simulation Engineer

Job Description
Responsibilities:

FE Model build, Assembly integration, Simulation Debug, Post processing and Report preparation for Vehicle and Subsystem Durability.
Requirements:

Vehicle durability, fatigue life prediction, and vibration analysis for Vehicle Chassis and Body.
FEA model build, Simulation, road load data correlation, and optimizing structural integrity for vehicle and its systems.
Proficient in using nCode Fatigue evaluation tool.
Proficient in using solvers like Abaqus, Nastran.
Proficient in using ANSA pre processor.
FEA Simulation activities like Linear and Non-Linear, Fatigue and Durability, Modal, Vibration, and Optimization.
Knowledge of MBD simulation, Crash Analysis, CFD Simulation.
Awareness of Automation tools like Python and VBA scripting.
