- This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- The Mailroom Receptionist supports overall office efficiency by coordinating reception duties, mail distribution, and administrative support tasks as needed.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services
- Maintain the mailroom, ensuring supplies are stocked and organized
- Distribute mail and packages promptly to staff and departments
- Schedule and coordinate pick-ups/deliveries with postal and courier services
- Provide basic administrative support, including filing, scanning, and data entry
- Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned

Office work involves working at a desk most of the time, using a stand-up/sit-down adjustable desk.

Typing, grasping, and repetitive motion typically is required every day, and walking and standing are required occasionally.
