Requirements
  • Must be an actively enrolled student and not received degree at time of internship start date (June 1, 202 6 ).

  • Subject expertise in one or more of the following areas is preferred, but not required :
  • Experience with SharePoint content creation, site editing, or information architecture.
  • Experience or interest in digital governance, knowledge management, or user adoption strategies .

  • Digital Knowledge Management: Practical experience organizing information an d modernizing SharePoint-based intranet content.
  • Modern SharePoint & Microsoft 365: Skills in page design, web parts, site structures, permissions, and modern experiences.
  • Lifecycle Governance: Understanding of site ownership, attestation workflows, archival processes, and governance best practices.
  • User Adoption Practices: Exposure to communication planning, change management concepts, and user education materials.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Experience translating complex or technical information into clear guidance.
  • Project Management: Practice tracking work, managing deadlines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Education
  • (Not required) – Pursuing an a ssociate’s or b achelor’s program in Knowledge Management, Information Science, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
