- This role sits at the center of executive decision-making and works directly with senior leadership across the business on high-priority strategic initiatives.
- The Director will act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Committee and functional leaders, driving initiatives that influence growth, product direction, operational excellence, and competitive positioning.
- The Opportunity As a key member of the Corporate Strategy team, you will:
- Define and lead high-impact strategic projects (market entry, product strategy, operational initiatives, strategic partnerships)
- Serve as an internal consultant to executive leadership across a complex, global organization
- Support enterprise-wide strategic planning and shape long-term business direction
- Build and maintain deep expertise in the Human Capital Management (HCM) ecosystem, including competitive dynamics and emerging trends
- Develop executive-ready materials and present recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Foster strong cross-functional relationships to drive alignment and execution This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with significant exposure to C-suite leadership.
