  • Customer-centered, with a sharp understanding of prescription behavior, adherence, and long-term value creation.
  • Proven experience leading the marketing process, including market research, positioning, strategic planning, product and brand development, advertising and launch excellence.
  • Proven leader who has operational discipline, and the ability to build relationships while influencing across the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing product demand forecasts in collaboration with sales, finance and operations.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar marketing and promotional budgets with accountability for ROI.
  • 12+ years of progressive marketing experience, including senior leadership roles
  • Demonstrated success in B2B and B2B2C marketing environments.
  • Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing marketing teams and lead and influence cross functional teams and partner with Sales to enable frontline execution.
  • Track record of building demand engines that drive growth without direct sales coverage.
  • Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing, digital engagement, and omnichannel strategies.
  • Experience operating in a regulated industry (pharma, animal health, healthcare, medical devices, or similar).
Preferred Skills
  • Experience operating in a regulated industry (pharma, animal health, healthcare, medical devices, or similar).
  • Experience in animal health, veterinary, or adjacent healthcare markets is preferred
  • Familiarity with prescription-based or refill-driven business models and working with compounding pharmacies or customized therapeutics is a plus.
Education
  • (Required) – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience required; MBA preferred
