Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, capital allocation, corporate finance, or related roles.
  • Financial & Analytical Skills
  • Advanced financial modeling and valuation techniques, including NPV, IRR, and discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis.
  • Strong understanding of capital allocation, corporate finance, and investment appraisal methodologies.
  • Ability to assess risk-adjusted returns and scenario analysis to support decision-making.
  • Technical & Tools Proficiency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VBA, macros, and complex formulas), PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools.
  • Experience with financial planning software, business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and ERP systems.
  • Business & Strategic Acumen
  • Understanding of key financial statements, cost of capital, and capital budgeting processes.
  • Ability to align financial strategy with corporate objectives and identify value creation opportunities.
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and senior leadership to drive capital allocation decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting financial insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate investments and improve financial performance.
  • Ability to identify financial risks, propose mitigation strategies, and optimize resource allocation.
Preferred Skills

Education
  • (Required) – Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required (MBA or CFA preferred).
